Ghana’s creative industry continues to make waves globally as several top talents land roles in First Day On Earth, a new HBO series by acclaimed British-Ghanaian creator Michaela Coel.
The highly anticipated production features an impressive lineup of Ghanaian stars, including music heavyweights Amaarae and Sarkodie, both making their acting debuts in the series.

They are joined by a strong cast of established actors and personalities such as joselyn_dumas, Adjetey Anang , Akrobeto, Sister deborah, Roselyn Ngissah, Godwin Namboe, Akofa Edjeani, and Lady Jay.

The series is already being hailed as one of the strongest Ghanaian ensembles ever assembled for an international production. Notably, parts of the project were filmed in Ghana, further spotlighting the country’s growing influence in global film and television.

With a blend of music icons and seasoned actors, First Day On Earth is expected to deliver a unique cultural narrative while opening more doors for Ghanaian talent on the world stage.
